Dec. 28, 2014 ~ End Of Year Tallies

2014 was a very good year for quilts. Used a lot of fabric and made a lot of quilts.

Here are my tallies for the year ~

Out of the 76 quilts I finished this year

52 were baby quilts - I took Michelle's challenge of making one each week

12 were QOV - my favorite place to donate quilts

6 UFOs were finished

6 new quilts were started and finished - not including the QOV or the baby quilts

8 of the quilts were kept - 2 for the dogs, 1 for mother, 3 bed quilts, 1 lap quilt and 1 quilt for the air bed.

2 baby quilts were given as gifts

Most of the baby quilts, 3 UFOs and 2 new quilts, went to RMH - which is my 2nd favorite place to donate quilts. A few went to Project Linus.

86 yards of fabric came in

496 yards of fabric were used

410 total yards of fabric used YTD

Yep, it was a very good year!

Hope everyone has the most wonderful New Year!

This is amazing, 76 quilts. WOW! What makes it even sweeter is you gave most of them as charity quilts. You are an inspiration to me my friend. May 2015 be another amazing quilting year for you.

That is a very good year! That is double what I've ever used since I was tracking usage.
Congratulations

You are a wonder woman in my book. What a wonderful thing to finish and donate so many quilts. I really admire your dedication to your favorite charities. I think your stash must be almost depleted after so many quilts. I checked out your favorite quilt, and I can see why you love it so much. It is beautiful.

That's a lot of quilts! (I feel a little unproductive by comparison).

Wow! You were one busy woman this past year! I haven't even made the apple core quilt from the blocks I won from you. I never thought to keep track of the number of quilts that I made, I know I made a few but no where near as many as you. I can't wait to see your next years reports.

Congratulations on a very productive sewing year. Beautiful quilts, great causes, and you sure turned your fabric over. Buy yourself something pretty and modern to work with in the new year!

Wow! What a productive year! Any purchases were necessary to not have an empyt stash. I'm going to follow you with bloglovin' so I won't miss a post as you quilt through 2015. Glad I found you.
