This is baby quilt #6 - read more about this quilt here.....
Here are my Tula Pink blocks for this week -
I want to make a lap quilt for a friend's birthday. Her favorite color is yellow and I thought a yellow, black and white quilt would be the perfect spring time quilt. I didn't have any yellow with black and white fabric so I stopped by the quilt shop and found the perfect bundle.
I also found these cute little pattern cards - they are 4x6 and laminated. $2 each.
They are going to make the perfect gift to include in a card or letter. You can check them out here.....
For the past 21 Februarys this quilt has lived on our bed - each heart is made from heart fabrics. It was about the 6th quilt I made.
I made this quilt for RMH.
I am not thrilled with the fabric selection for this quilt. I picked the colors/fabric using this as the focus fabric -
The pattern is "Recipe Cards" by Modern Quilt Relish. The quilt went together really quickly - four hours, including cutting.

WOW - awesome numbers! Thanks for the show of the all the cute projects and fabric - love the yellow, black & white bundle. That goldfinch isn't leaving the table any time soon - lol - we've had tons of birds at our feeders in this snow and I love to sit and watch them.
You can't go wrong with a black, yellow and white quilt! I like the heart block on it's side. Hard to believe it was only your 6th quilt!
Love the pink baby quilt, I have made a couple of tumbler quilts and they are fun. Great going on your numbers, you could afford the treat of the quilt shop with usage like that.
Very awesome numbers! You've got some very pretty and fun projects in the works.
Wow, you have been sewing! Great numbers, nice work. I like your Tula Pink blocks.
PS, I like your little goldfinch! Ours have at the feeder a lot, w all this snow.
I don't know what RMH is, but it looks like you are ahead everywhere on quilts! No wonder you've used so much fabric!
Wow!! You are doing an awesome job of using fabric. Love your Tula Pink blocks and will have to keep track because I am also doing them.
love those fabrics you've bought. Will make a great quilt. Great Tula Pink blocks. I really have to crack on and start mine xxx
I love your heart quilt -- it's beautiful!! Your little goldfinch is probably a male ... they turn olive over winter and are just now getting their 'gold' back. The females are almost completely brown over winter!! And they are very aggressive at the feeders, too!! :)
